Welcome to wTorrent Trac System
wTorrent is a web interface to rtorrent a high performance console based BitTorrent client. It uses rtorrent's build-in xmlrpc server to communicate with it.
wTorrent is programmed in php using Smarty templates and XMLRPC for PHP library. wTorrent also uses javascript for rendering the page with AJAX, Scriptaculous and ShadedBorders.
Please feel free to add tickets for bugs/feature requests.
Builds (starting from r51) are tested to work with Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.16 and Safari 3.1.2 (5525.20.1) using Mac OS X. Same results expected (although not tested) under Windows.
Enjoy your stay
wTorrent Team
All users are encouraged to update to r93 to prevent security exploits.
Users updating from revisions previous to r93 please make sure you have php with PDO support and do the following:
To apply this update you will need to run sqlite_migration.sh to migrate your old database to sqlite3. This script assumes you have your database in db/database.db, if that's not the case edit the script and change the path.
Starting from r53 wTorrent has a new interface, check it out on the screenshots section:
